Optimization is all about making yourself easily visible to google for your keywords, and in turn making yourself easy to find by potential customers. Keywords are words that people are searching on google. Your keywords will be associated with your brand name and the product or services you sell.
Authority is directly connected to how Google ranks your website in the SERP (search engine results page). Your authority is driven by your website content. If you offer compelling, dependable information on your website, your authority will grow. The more compelling content you have, the more links you will build, and the higher your authority will be.
Don't neglect your SEO! Building your content and authority takes some time, support and dedication. But it's definitely worth it, as it can be a huge boon to your website traffic.
